Suggestions/ComplaintsIt is our aim to provide the highest standard of care for our patients and we are keen to improve the service we provide. If you have any suggestions, compliments or complaints, details of how to do so are available at reception.
Our complaints procedure is shown in our waiting room. You have the option to complain to the practice or if you wish directly to Corporate Complaints, Primary Care Trust, Charter House, Parkway, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6JL.
Confidentiality Patient records remain confidential at all times regardless of your age. There are occasions when the NHS will ask for information regarding patients with certain problems. This information will not include anything by which you can be identified, eg name, address or date of birth. If an individual or company ask for information about you we will require your written consent. The practice is fully registered with the Department for Data Protection and keeps information in a format compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998. All of our staff are aware of the requirements of the Act with regard to confidentiality and access to information. We are registered with the NHS Freedom of Information agency.
